Keep your fingernails clean and short by cutting cleaning and scrubbing them everyday.




  • Clean your whole body by using soap and having a shower everyday.




  • Keep your hair clean by combing your hair and washing your hair with shampoo and condition.



  • Wash your hand after you go toilet and before and after lunch




  • Cover your mouth and nose when you need to cough
  • Exercise daily

  • Eat healthy food
