Keep your fingernails clean and short by cutting cleaning and scrubbing them everyday.
- Clean your whole body by using soap and having a shower everyday.
- Keep your hair clean by combing your hair and washing your hair with shampoo and condition.
- Wash your hand after you go toilet and before and after lunch
- Cover your mouth and nose when you need to cough
- Exercise daily
- Eat healthy food
